We specialize in Winter Seasonal Rentals for the Bethel, Sunday River & Mt. Abram areas!
A seasonal rental is typically for a term of 5 months from November 30th – April 30th where you have full access to the property during this time to come and go as you please.
Most all have the lodging amount due in full prior to your arrival and the renter is responsible for common utilities used during the term such as (Heat, Plowing, Electricity, TV/Internet) In addition to the rental rate there is a 9% lodging tax unless you are using the property for employment purposes.
