Q: What is required to reserve a property?
A: We require 1/2 payment along with a signed guest agreement, Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
Q: Does your company require a security deposit?
A: We require all short term reservations to get damage deposit insurance through CSA which is an option in your check out process or provide a deposit of $1,500 for homes or $400 for condos. The costs for private homes is $50 for $3,000 in coverage and $25 for $1,500 coverage in condos for accidental damages.
Q: What is your cancelation policy?
A: Each property may be different depending on dates and terms, please consult with the rental agent on the particular cancelation policy for your reservation. We highly recommend travelers insurance through CSA which costs 7% of your total reservation amount and offers many benefits during your trip if needed along with full cancelation up to the day before your arrival at no additional cost. (Also an option provided upon reserving)
Q: How do we get the keys to the property?
A: We will be in touch a few day prior to your arrival to arrange key pickup and checking you into the property, if you need more then 1 key copy please let us know in advance of your arrival.
Q: Do all properties have internet connection?
A: Not all properties have internet or television services, please check with us if this is a requirement and we will make sure the property you are reserving has an active internet connection and/or television service.
Q: What is your check-in / check-out time?
A: Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be permitted when there is not a turn over on the same date.
Q: Who do we contact if there is something wrong at the property?
A: You would contact our office, we have an agent on call to answer and assist with everything as needed.
Q: Is the property stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, hand soaps, etc?
A: Yes, all properties are stocked with a start up supply of paper and cleaning products. If more items are needed renters are required to purchase these at their own expense.
Q: Can we have additional sleeping arrangements, RV's or tents setup on the property for overflow visitors?
A: Overflow setups like this are only allowed with written permission by our office, please follow our maximum occupant numbers.
Q: What do we do with our trash/recyclables during our stay and upon our departure?
A: Up to 2 bags are allowed to be left at the property upon your departure, outside of this or during your stay renters are required to bring their trash to our office dumpster, or to the local transfer station. We have separate bins for recyclables
Q: Are towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillows, blankets provided?
A: All properties have all items above at the property, freshly made and set.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Each property is different, we do require written permission by our office for visitors/renters bringing their pets.
Q: Can we have social gatherings / parties at the property?
A: The maximum number of people allowed at the property at any given time is listed as maximum occupancy. Please be respectful of this.
A: We do not allow fireworks at any of the properties due to noise, safety and local town restrictions.
